Referral Partners: your questions
Who can become a Referral Partner?
Schools, colleges, tuition centres, IELTS and test-prep coaches, local education networks and individual referral agents who refer, counsel or support students.
What happens after I refer a student?
The student is tracked against your referral, appears under My Students, and you can follow their progress rather than losing sight of them at handover.
How much of a student's information can I see?
Only students referred by or assigned to you, and only the progress information the platform shares with your role — never another partner's students.
How do I get my referral links?
Request them through My Campaigns. Our team reviews and approves each one, then it's live and tracking — links and codes can't be self-issued or deleted.
How are commissions handled?
They appear in My Commissions and are recorded by our team as they're confirmed. It isn't an automated payout system, and no commission amount is guaranteed.
Is approval required?
Yes. Every organisation is reviewed by our team before its dashboard goes live — that review is what lets students trust the partners they find here.
Is there a cost to join?
Joining is free, with no credit card required. Access is approval-based rather than automatic.
Are agreements required?
Yes. Terms are sent through Agreement Builder, signed digitally, and kept on file with their full version history.
Does EnrollinX guarantee results?
No. EnrollinX provides tools, visibility, tracking and partnership opportunities — it does not guarantee student sign-ups, admissions, revenue, commissions, hires or service sales.
