We share your data only as necessary to deliver our services. Education partners and employers see only the information you choose to make visible through your privacy settings. Sensitive documents (passports, visa documents, bank statements, sponsor details) are never shared with employers. Anonymous safety reports never reveal the identity of the reporting student to employers.

5. AI Transparency

Our AI assistant ("Leo") supports your journey but does not make final decisions on your behalf. All candidate matching is explainable, privacy-controlled, and human-led. AI does not automatically reject, shortlist, or hire candidates. Visa readiness assessments are indicative, not guaranteed outcomes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security policies, and role-based access controls to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You can manage your visibility and marketing preferences through your dashboard privacy settings. Account deletion is managed by the EnrollinX owner on request.
