By accessing or using the EnrollinX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

EnrollinX is an AI-powered platform connecting international students with education partners, employers, service providers, and universities. The platform provides tools for enrolment management, career development, document handling, and job matching.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. All roles require EnrollinX approval before publishing content. Account deletion is managed by the EnrollinX owner.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Use the platform to discriminate against any individual or group
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract platform data

5. AI Services

Our AI assistant ("Leo") provides recommendations and support but does not make binding decisions. AI-generated content (career predictions, course recommendations, visa readiness assessments) is advisory and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Leo must not make final hiring decisions. Financial product recommendations require appropriate regulatory controls.

6. Employer and Partner Obligations

Employers and partners must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. Employers must never access sensitive student documents including passports, visa documents, bank statements, or sponsor details. All job postings and content require EnrollinX approval before publishing.

7. Intellectual Property

The EnrollinX platform, including its design, features, and AI models, is the property of EnrollinX. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant EnrollinX a licence to use it for platform services.

8. Limitation of Liability

EnrollinX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform, including visa approvals, job placements, or admission decisions. Visa readiness is presented as an indicative assessment, not a guaranteed outcome.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
